Visa Application
Visa exemption: Citizens of many European and other countries (e.g., Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland) can enter Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days with a valid passport only. Russian citizens enjoy 60 days of visa-free entry.
e-Visa required: Nationals of Australia, Canada, China, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan, UK, USA and others must apply for an electronic visa (e-Visa) in advance via the official portal: https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/
Validity: 30–90 days (single/multiple entry, subject to nationality).
Fee: US$25–US$70 (varies by nationality).
Special note for Indian nationals: Indian citizens must meet specific eligibility criteria to qualify for an e-Visa.
Passport requirement: Your passport must have at least 6 months of remaining validity upon arrival; entry may be denied otherwise.

The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration.
Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
Please note ICEEE Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference are not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by ICEEE Conferences and conference Committee Board. Should your application be denied, ICEEE Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICEEE Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
It takes time for the Embassy to process the VISA application, please register as early as you can to make sure you have enough time.
a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.
You can USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) to the computer. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
lease note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation
