All submissions should be written in English with a paper length of minimum four (4) and maximum eight (8) double-column printed pages (10-point font) including figures.

All papers must be formatted and at least 1 author of accepted papers must be registered to the conference as presenter in order to appear in the proceedings.

One regular registration can cover a paper within Five pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
60% of payment refund
50% of payment refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper. For safety reasons, please keep your belongings secure in public areas. Remember to bring your name badge, as it is required for entry to the conference venue.
* Do not lend your name badge to non-conference participants, and do not accompany irrelevant individuals into the conference rooms. The organizers accept no responsibility for the loss of personal funds or belongings.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
