Best Oral Presentation Award

For every session, one best oral presentation will be selected by the session chairs. Evaluation is based on originality, applicability, technical merit, PPT quality, and English proficiency.

Best Paper Awards

The Awards Committee selects up to 5 best paper awards (approx. 1.5% of all submissions). Each winner receives a certificate and a gift.

• Significant contribution to the field
• Well-written and clearly organized
• Submitted before the deadline
• Not published or accepted elsewhere
• At least one author presents in person

Best Student Paper Awards

Any full-time university student who is both the first author and presenting author of a submitted paper is eligible. Winners are selected by the ICEEE 2027 Committee and receive certificates and awards at the conference banquet and award ceremony.
